Torraccia di Presura is based in a new farm, built up following the rules of the Tuscany country house and respecting the historical architecture style. New equipments and modern technologies on ancient land for a strong motivation to cultivate and to produce in the maximum respect of the local atmosphere. This farm has lands optimally exposed, poor, light, pebbly, where the grape harvests are premature and of great quality: the best guarantees for the high level of produced wines. The wine cellars modernly equipped with inox steel vats (1900 hl) to guarantee the maximum quality and hygiene to the processes and preservation of the wine, while the aging (200 hl) happens in Rovere's barrels. Then wines have a refinig process in glass (bottles) at least 6 months before the distribution.

Classification: Red wine with Controlled and Guaranteed Denomination of Origin 'Chianti Classico' with ulterior brand of quality 'Historical Brand'.

Grapes: coming from grapes accurately selected of 'Sangiovese' in purity from vineyards more than 20 years old; bottled since 1990.

Preparation of the wine: primary fermentation under contact with the peels in inox steel tanks with controlled temperature for 20-22 days with at least 2 stiring every morning. Maturation in small french oak barrels for more than one year and successive improving in bottle for six months minimum.

Characteristics: Red intense ruby colour. Elegant scent of beautiful mature red fruit with notes of spiced and vanilla, full taste harmonized, balanced, intense and very persistent.

Alcool: 13% - 13,5%

Il Tarocco Riserva preserve the own best characteristics for 12-15 years

Temperature of service: 18°c

Combinations: red meats, roasts, furred game, mature cheeses.
