Torraccia di Presura is based in a new farm, built up following the rules of the Tuscany country house and respecting the historical architecture style. New equipments and modern technologies on ancient land for a strong motivation to cultivate and to produce in the maximum respect of the local atmosphere. This farm has lands optimally exposed, poor, light, pebbly, where the grape harvests are premature and of great quality: the best guarantees for the high level of produced wines. The wine cellars modernly equipped with inox steel vats (1900 hl) to guarantee the maximum quality and hygiene to the processes and preservation of the wine, while the aging (200 hl) happens in Rovere's barrels. Then wines have a refinig process in glass (bottles) at least 6 months before the distribution.

Classification: wine with Typical Geographic Indication 'Central Tuscany Hills'

Grapes: selection of Chardonnay, Tuscanian Trebbiano and white long Malvasia; bottled since 1994.

Preparation of the wine: fermentation of the must under controlled temperature (18°) for a period of 18-22 days in inox steel tanks.

Characteristics: straw yellow colour, intense floreal scent of white and yellow fresh flowers with notes of yielded; fresh, lively, elegant balanced and fine wine .

Alcool: 11% - 11,5%

It can be preserved for several years.

Temperature of service: 8-10°c

Combinations: all types of fish, crustaceans, appetizers, white meats, fish's risottos, fresh cheeses.
